Window film is a polyester film, typically made of Polyethylene Terephthalate ("PET"). Most film is applied to the inside surface of a glass window in a home, business building, boat, or vehicle. They have a scratch safe covering on the external surface to secure the film.There are numerous kinds of window films. Some are clear and highlight numerous layers of PET to offer security from breaking glass and others are tinted with metals, tints, or shades to lessen the light transmitted through the glass and warmth coming from the sun. How is window film applied? The procedure begins with completely cleaning your windows to expel even the littlest bits of grime and dirt.
